Process

How Do We Work?

Here’s a quick look at how we bring your space to life

Phase 1 – Initial Consultation

A 1–2 hour consultation to discuss your project scope, goals, and expectations. This time helps us provide a design fee and an estimated project cost range. You’re welcome to use this time however you need—even for unrelated design questions.

Phase 2 – Concept Development & Site Measure

We dive deep into your design preferences—colour, texture, patterns, and overall aesthetic. Inspiration photos are encouraged. For renovations, we measure the existing space; for new builds, architectural plans are reviewed.

Phase 3 – Design Planning & Revisions

Behind the scenes, we bring your vision to life with CAD drawings, 3D renderings, and mood boards. You’ll review layouts, finishes, and samples. Two revisions are included; additional revisions are billed hourly.

Phase 4 – Design Approval & Bids

Once the design is approved, we coordinate with your contractor (or recommend trusted professionals) to obtain labor pricing and ensure accurate execution.

Phase 5 – Final Approval & Ordering

After contractor estimates are finalized, you’ll receive a detailed product order packet with pricing. Upon approval and payment, we manage all ordering and provide receipts.

Phase 6 – Construction & Oversight

We collaborate closely with your contractor, attend site meetings, and conduct regular visits to ensure the design is executed as planned. We help troubleshoot any surprises that arise during construction.

Phase 7 – Installation

Once construction is complete, we coordinate delivery and installation of furnishings, rugs, and accessories—adding the final layers that make the space feel complete.

Phase 8 – Photography

We professionally photograph each completed project to capture its unique story. We keep this process minimal and respectful of your space.
